Operating hours stated 10am to 6pm. I went there yesterday, by 5.45pm the centre is closed. Management please look into it.

Please trained your staff very well before answering any enquiry from customer !! I ask the staff if can change the plan thru phone but the staff said that changing plan thru phone could not be done. I'm rushing go to hq to settle it but on that time already closed. I get the chance to talk with the Hq staff and i've been told by changing the plan can be done thru phone only.

Porting of mobile numbers can be done here. Ample parkings around and the customer service is excellent. Quick and efficient staffs.

Please take note Umobile higher management. Your staff is unknowledgable, answering query with dumb tone. Wondering why, your staff dont know between RM50 & RM58 plan, keep check on phone for product detail. Please take note.

Great service. The ladies always have time to help top me up and pay bills, etc. Unlike many of the other shops nearby for phones, they take good care of you. Phone and plan prices are decent also.

Big branch but cannot help to downgrade plan data. Woman staff ask to go u mobile taman molek that take 25 minutes to go, in MCO situation. Credit to u mobile bukit indah that very helpful.

The one who sold me sim card put incorrect passport number and then i called umobile to ask where can i fix the problem and told me to just come here in umobile danga bay (i love broadband service center) and then I've just wasted my time and money for taxi to come here end up nothing. They told me to go to taman molek again. Then i wanted to buy new sim card instead and it says RM10! RM10 written on the sim but the sales lady asking me RM20 insisting that there is RM16 inside. DONT PUT RM10 on sim card if you mandatory charge the customer for RM20. VERY BAD SERVICE!.

Unknowledgeable staff. I went there to activate IDD . They said you can activate it through app! I came to you because I couldn’t activate it through app. They didn’t help me. They can activate in the store but I don’t know why they don’t!!
