★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service ever! The store helpers keep playing phones and act like no customers! I'm TRANSPARENT! When I try to ask a question, their faces turned black. Then he started to talk in an aggressive way. Asked me to go to the main office to get the problem solve. If one service centre cant even solve a problem, why we need you here?
Digi, please review your employees' service attitude, thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This workers and the boss are very rude here in All Season Place. We don't suggest you to go here. They will only humiliate you from your look if doesn't look like a rich people. We can better describe them as scammer hiding under the DiGi name and do illegal gangsterism as their not to do business but to look for fight.
The boss Chinese male short guy and the short Chinese Female worker will be acting like a gangster instead helping with DiGi product.
Soon if we hear their shop and the workers including the boss got beaten up, it is because their attitude problem so rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About 4 years back I visited this store to change my SIM card, found that the attendant was not friendly at all and very impatient. Mid year 2019 before the COVID 19 pandemic I went there again to help my boss to cancel his lines, again was not been served in a good way. Last month I visited the same store again would like to make an enquiry about Digi latest package but being treated transparent although I have been in the shop for more than 15 minutes, finally I left the shop in anger. It have been so many years but their service still not improving at all, then what is the purpose to have such a stupid outlet there? Better shut it down!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went to cancel my plan but no one approach at the first time until a few minute and they start a conversation in mandarin each other which i understand it clearly mock like people got no money… they have no idea i can understand a mandarin… i just ignored it and proceed the process.. but the last time i come the staff is very good only just the new staff very rude for nothing

Maybe due to lots of OLD people in the neighborhood , staff are irritable when asked questions about DIGI products and services .
My attempt to upgrade my DIGI post-paid was met with , ‘ why should do I even bother ‘ look/face.
My mistake was to enquire about DIGI FIBRE.
OMG, I got the ‘ don’t bother to apply’ attitude .
So, I’ve decided to remain with MAXIS.
Thanks. Bro. And sister.
My life is better now.
