The PIC of the store Mr. Anson Cheah has been very helpful and always tiredlessly helping every clients to resolve whatever issues they are facing on their lines. I'm one of the Digi client whom appreciates and will stay with Digi with such a great experience.

β β β β β The worst customer service ever by the manager and staff. I will definitely call digi and complain about them. When we go there wanted to ask about the plan The manager : MR ANSON just shows us the plan and didnt explain and just look at his phone .He think we will understand by ourself is it? So I ask the other staff trainer to explain coz he is not helpful at all, the manager just got angry coz we choose the other staff. After 2 weeks i went here again to change the plan they didnt help at all, just say they dont know how to do and make us wait for hours.They even talk in Chinese, they think I dont understand is it! This is the first and last i will go here. Worst digi centre ever.
