★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had problem during Digi maintenance work from 25-26/10/2021(received SMS) But on 27/10 the line was still bad. I went to ask why, the woman just said politely that maintenance working is on. She also said she didnt know when it would be settled. She never offer to help. She kept looking at her laptop. What customer service is this?
