★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TM has the worst internet connectiom upgrades and service ever, it felt like a SCAM!
(1) I'm using the 500mbps upgrade plan but I only get between 25-100mbps of download speed, this is absurd.
(2) TM personnel called me up for upgrade, I told the person to check my contract which she said it has ended. So I went to terminate my line, then they told me that I'm still bound by contract.
(3) Lastly, I went to complain and terminate the line due to poor internet connection and no improvement after making complains yet they told me to pay penalty for their mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boring..every time when u need to pay the billing at the TM Tasek..u sure been shouting by not friendly security officer if u want to asking something regarding the phone billing.. cannot tolerate at all to the old folks..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and politely Indian lady staff right at the entrance. She explained to me when I asked why no one picked up my call. Thus, I have to go personally to report my problem. In a jiffy, she keyed in my report. Less than 24 hours, TM service man came to my house and settled the problem.Kudos TM! ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management should seriously consider in how they manage the queue. No label on which line to queue. Although they separate the line to over counter service and machine payment. Most of the customers queue wrongly under the hot sun. Customer wanted to suggest them to label the queue but the security guard just said instruction from the top not to label the queue. TM, please explain?
