โ โ โ โ โ Pass by the shop and asked help to check my prepaid expiry card, instead of helping me to check direct on my phone, the young chinese boy ask me lots of question about the phone owner, and ask my IC, after he got my IC , he want to bring to inside office without asking my consent of taking my IC.
I refused and leave the store. I googling it ; press *126# . its so simple. This is my 3rd bad experience with Digi retail team in 3 different location.
