★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good services from Store Manager Shawn. Extraordinary effort in explaining the Sony TV to me although is my third time going back to make the choices. Good follow up service from him after the TV installation. Call him for some guidance to setup the Nexflix and he patiently guide me step by step. Definitely will buy from him again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to speak to the sole proprietor of the Company....service deteriorated over the years...SS2 branch used to hv Shaun n Ryan ...Senhen was a fantastic place to browse for an electrical appliance...now nobody knows anything abt the gadgets they r selling..I won't go back to any of the branches anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for the AirPods 3rd gen, wasn't told I could only get the promo price as a member up until I had to pay. Walked out after hearing that as it got quite sketchy but went back again after asking around to lend a member account just for them to tell me no stock, events unfolded all in the span of 30+ minutes. There was several stock available and suddenly its all gone haha, the experience wasn't very pleasant.

I bought a Samsung TV worth RM 4000+ with the condition that we get RM1600 worth of S-coin. This S-coin can redeem any product for a maximum RM 100 per week.
But now, THEY CHANGED THE POLICY WITHOUT NOTICE! Now can only redeem the S-coin with effective 10% discount only!
COME ON, 10% ANY ONE CAN DO LA! WHY SHOULD I GO SENHENG TO BUY.
Felt cheated thAt they do not honor the trust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far this is the best electrical branch from Senheng. I prefer to go to SenQ 1 Utama compared to other branches like Setia Alam Klang, service is really bad. My favorite sales assistant is named Mel, he is really helpful and really kind. His service, sales after service was awesome! If you go to SenHeng here please go and look for someone that is professional and knowledgeable about the things u want to buy. for me yes I choose Mel to help me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. Lazy staff. Share wrong price, never say sorry ( quotes us 2x Vs online and other retailers). Only reason I bought from here is because other retailers didn't have stock. Will never buy again. I better pay more or wait longer for proper service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to buy rice cooker there, when I arrived nobody was entertaining us. And while choosing the rice cooker, the Chinese salesman came to us, just to stand beside us without any effort to explain about the products. When we asked about the stock, he just said this rice cooker no stock, and not checked if the rice cooker that we wanted was in the shop’s store or not, and he just playing with his handphone, how rude is he. And when we wanted to pay, usually the salesman/girl will be bring the product to the counter, but in our case, we need to bring the rice cooker to counter by ourselves and he just escorted us to counter. Very bad customer service, if I can complaint to the HQ, I will do that.
