★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service! "We are not digi centre", "Please ask digi centre", "Download the app and check on your own", in bad tone, doesn't smile or advise nicely. They just don't bother to serve you. Especially the ones that are not in uniform (the managers or bosses I assume) terrible! I will be spreading the words. Every visit makes me regret signing up with digi. My contract just ended, was going to switch my plan, but now I am switching telco instead. Never going back. True, they are not digi centre, just another digi store, but one bad apple spoils the bunch!
