★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service and incompetent technician. I cannot receive incoming calls and lines keep breaking. Complained many times in Digi app but futile. They did not attempt to resolve the issue and just blame the customers phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried 4 times to opt out from digi to other telcos.. wasting my time for 4 days but still unsuccessfull!!! Call customer service and was put on hold more than 30 minutes but still issues not settled… digi !why must you treat us like that! Semoga allah memberikan pembalasan sewajarnya.. aamiinnnn.. put on hold for 1 hour still not settled!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DIGI will only want new business and don't bother about existing customer no matter how loyal you are and paying your bills on time. The only time they acknowledge you is when you want to change to another telco and will start to counter offer and insist you continue with them. When you reject them continuously they will show their dislike and hang up the phone in a rude manner. Worse case is when you have ported out and settle all outstanding according to the customer service, suddenly after a month they will start hounding you saying there's still an outstanding bill. Of course they will use of sort of justifications and insist they are correct. They will keep harassing you through phone calls and emails. Eventually they will give up but not before reporting you to CTOS and getting you blacklist. I've already spread the word around not to trust and subscribe to DIGI!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regret change of Telco plan! Since I changed to another plan I haven't received any incoming calls. It is certainly bad for my business whereby my clients, friends and family couldn't call me. Now I can only be reached through whatapp call. Really disappointing with Digi! Probably switching to another Telco company soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been using Digi for almost 10 years, so far so good. Certain area the data speed can reach up to 30/40/50 Mbps! But in kampung area mostly very hard to get network.
