★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been suffer from fail connection due to SERVER FAIL from this IP for 3 days. We have been calling and telling through your call center for the whole day, and yet it is not resolve and not even tell us how to resolve. We have some projects that need to connect through this server to oversea server, and it has delaying us 3 days. Maxis, claim to be good customer service, but I seeing here, not that "good".
