★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased Pineng cable, I have not stepped out the shop and request to exchange for cable that selling at higher price, seller refuse to exchange, claimed is their policy but the receipt stated "PRODUCT SOLD MAY BE EXCHANGED
FOR OTHER GOODS WITHIN 7 DAYS WITH SHOW OF ORIGINAL RECEIPT AND THE ORIGINAL PACKING WITHOUT ANY DAMAGE AT THE SAME OUTLET OF PURCHASES"
They neither understand nor comply to their own policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased accessories worth RM59.00 but when i enquired regarding the free gift (free umbrella for purchase worth more than RM 50.00) the cashier said there was no more stock. I saw an umbrella hanging but she claimed it belongs to another customer. I hope that your employee or the person at the cash counter is telling the truth. God bless her.
