They tell International arrival passengers that its cheaper to buy self Covid-19 test from them than outside.
They sell it for RM20
7/11 sell it for RM10.90 and local pharmacy sell it for RM5 ONLY

β β β β β I took an ART test at KLIA but Doctor2U didnβt upload my results and mixed them up with someone else.
Ended up I was stuck in the hotel and couldnβt go anywhere as my MySejahtera status was not updated. My whole trip was ruined because of their administrative mistakes.

β β β β β All travellers were NOT given any choice but to buy the OAT swab test with this company at KLIA upon arriving.
I made the mistake of buying their $240 package for my day 3&5 PCR test with them. All their clinics are fully booked and I had to go and do my PCR at other clinics. When I ask for refund they just throw me their T&C which stated purchases are non refundable.
Why not ? Service not delivered. I did not made a booking and then cancel with any of your clinics. I did not caused extra work or inconvenience any of your businesses. I WAS NOT WVWN GUVWN THE OPTION TO CHOOSE MY CLINICS AT BOOKING
Avoid this if u can.

β β β β β I accidentally clicked on Covid-19 Antibody Test (rm150) instead of RT-PCR (rm120), paid online 5 days before my mom went for the test. Then a lady told me I purchased wrongly on the day my mom went, that the voucher cannot be changed and she told me that I can submit for refund while my mom pays cash on the spot for PCR. Wrote to the support email who replied by emphasising no refund for over 48hours purchase and no valid reason. Agree that website design is confusing but wondered if it was intentional to make extra $$. BP staff should also know this before telling me that I could seek refund. Advise to everyone to pay cash at the centres and not purchase thru doctor2u. Terrible experience.

β β β β β I would like to share my experience of pre booking Covid 19 test at KLIA via BP health care so it can
help others in need. The service provided by them was beyond excellent. We had made a special
request to kindly help my old mother who was travelling alone in the various procedures done at the
airport. And they were kind enough to consider our request. Especial mention of Mr BAIZ who
accompanied my mom for not only COVID 19 PCR test but for all procedures at KLIA as she was first
time travelling to Malaysia. He was very kind, caring, responsible and came till the exit to drop my
mother. That was really very kind of him. Additionally considering how stressed we were, he was
also updating us about her progress to different counters at KLIA. The Covid 19 PCR test done by
them was done in very hygienic manner, fast and as my mother described wasnβt uncomfortable at
all when they took swab for her. Thank you so much MR BAIZ,MS NINA & BP healthcare for helping my mum in
successfully finishing all the formalities at KLIA. I highly recommend them especially if you are a first
time traveler, travelers with kids or for your parents/relatives who are old.

β β β β β Double charge for PCR test..emailing them to refund for unused voucher on 12th Mar. Until now no proper respond from them other than we are working on this and then MIA. All the 5 contact number provided are useless.. Nobody is picking up the call.. Worst service and system ever.
