β β β β β The customer service is bad. Last time i went here, the foreigner waiter is better than this Malay guy. 1st he gave me the wrong table which in the staff area. Thank god another staff tell me to go to another table because the gable i sat was for staff. 2nd, after place my order i straight to the counter and place and my order. But the staff was so rude telling me to sit back at my table and he will come to me. The problem is last time Ramadan i came i place and order and pay first at the counter and get my food. So i thought this time is the same. But when i do the same, he told me rudely ok to sit back and my place. I feel so ashamed by his treatment. The mood is ruined! Better you take more foreign worker than local one even though I'm local but the foreign staff is more better. Dah lah uniform macam driver. 3rd, air pun lambat hantar apebenda? Makanan yang sampai dulu. 410pm order until 423pm air pun tak sampai lagi? 430pm baru sampai air. I order air kayangan ke? Bayar mahal tapi customer service bad. Im writing this when im still in the restaurant because im mad af.

β β β β β Setia City Mall Outlet, thumbs up. The workers are very pleasant and accommodating. The food is delicious, so much so that I and my friends visit this outlet regularly. The person in charge Adi is worth mentioning, and so with Joaquin. In fact all the workers are hard working and friendly, with a smile in their faces. Thank you, exemplary service!

β β β β β Had a bad experience breaking fast at dolly dim sum setia alam. I would say the food is bad especially their koey teow beef. It feels like koey teow pasar malam and taste lke they cook it way earlier in bulk. Then just serve like the pasar malam kuali koey teow. For rm26, not worth it. their nasi goreng is also bad, taste dry. Dim sum wise just ok, nothing out of expectations. Tasted better at other places.
1st and last i will come dine here.At least for this branch

β β β β β I have a very disturbing visit to this restaurant tonight. I experienced 2 unnecessary statement from the waiter towards customer.
1) Customer next to my table is leaving without order. Then i heard the waiter communicate among them and mentioning, the customer is leaving the table maybe because they dont have money. Its totally disrespectful.
2) I request for refill of plain water, then the waiter come to our table with jug. During pouring, he did mention this refill if free. I totally donβt understand why the servant of this restaurant is so judgemental.
We as customer really donβt need your staff evaluation on our financial standing. We come, we eat and we pay. None of the customer come eat for free.

β β β β β Service is always good and quick, waiters and waitresses are attentive even though it was a full house in the afternoon. My favourite place for radish cake, tastes good and decent portion. The dim sums are always good and fresh. Definitely one of my go to places to eat in Setia Alam City Mall.

β β β β β Went there to meet a long time no see friend of mine from overseas. Had a pleasure dinner with good service. Trust me you will be coming back again and again and so on as the food was delicious and prices were reasonable. Environment was clean and tidy. Tried their dim sum, salted egg buns, and their prawn items are too delicious. Must a try if you visited this SCM.
