very very very rude and not being educated well
but still thanks to a young salesman that guiding us
unfortunately the deal is not done
beware of a chinese woman staff inside
worst human being

i make an mistake after decide want to purchase XIAOMI 11
i accidentally plug out the cable that connected on the phone ( a bad habit every time i want to use my phone when charging phone) cause want to try the camera..
a chinese woman staff say out quite clear to her colleague " NO COMMON SENSE" i feel really shock when hear what she said as i apologize to the salesman immediately after doing this mistake
im with my gf that time, she really being disrespect to customer
i put down the phone after that and walk out and tell her "you are really terrible on this" and what he respond is saying this in a very ego way " oh thank you!"
please educated that staff, i dont really mean want to be a bad customer and leave this bad review but please at least give all customer a respect they deserve i am being polite all the time to a young salesman that serving me and introducing me the phone

β β β β β I bought the phone that I'm currently using to type up this review ? I didn't have any horrible experiences, but I do think this store could improve on range of products and staff training, as they often seem to not know much about the limited products in the store. I also hope to see more demo products, as I was ready to buy smart speakers if I liked the sound, but the store didn't have a demo speaker for me to try. As the interest in smart homes picks up, I hope this branch will be able to indulge us in the near future.
