★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I ordered from here and it's good. Maybe its not too busy so they managed to do the pizza properly. Other branches I went gave me sad looking pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited an 1 hour and 30 mins for my pizza and still did not come. Went down to the branch to check on the status only to find out it has not even been made. No call informing that the pizza is delayed nothing. I requested for a refund straightaway and was told that customer service had to give it as I used GrabPay. Waited 2 days for a response and still nothing so I was forced to go back to the branch. And once again they had forgotten to even call their own customer service. Will not be ordering from this branch again. Only reason why I give 2 stars is the manager is the only one that cared and did something to help the situation. Rest of the staff were oblivious and rude

They provide fresh ingredients and nice toppings and pizza dough. Also, this outlet is nearby enough for us to take advantage of any pick up promo.
