★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their pizzas are superb!! Don't have the thirsty feeling after eating them. However their waiting time was too long coz they cannot handled the crowd and online orders. Hope their management can look into this especially on weekend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visit was good in terms of service and pizza taste.
The recent visit was awful. Pizza taste average. Service was so bad that I was like being ignored for 10-15 minutes. I self collect the menu, no recommendations, I approach them whether are they serving dine in.
Payment upon order at the counter and being charged for 10% service charge (with the service I receive, is not worth at all).
I fully understand that if the business is short of manpower but the attitude and professional of the staff is not there. Probably should even reconsider change the business operation due to lack of manpower.
Sorry I won't be back for dine in at this store in the future (maybe others store as well if similar).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff don't really service you and is a bit like robot; will not recommend any for customer's choice even to new customer. The food (like pizza) provided just ok (could be different location comes with different taste?), some like cinnamon twist and chicken wing truly not recommended.
Overall speaking expensive but not worth the money, or need to dine in to have better taste maybe?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Read a number of mixed reviews and needed to satisfy my curiosity and hunger. So we decided a christmas eve visit with family. Venue didn't look inviting. No table service. Air conditioning was warm. Made my way to order and was informed a wait of 1 hour due to many online orders. So we left. Unsatisfied, we ordered online on Christmas day. Order and delivery took almost an hour. Kids loved the cheese boat but us parents found it a tad salty. We had another chicken and mushroom pizza to share which average at best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for some Pizza as my kids love them and it's my first time here. Was a weekend lunch hour so parking was easy but otherwise these area can get busy. They follow the standard covid sop but I noticed that they didn't check the mysejahtera so on that a minus point. Cleanliness was acceptable. Staff seemed to have some language barrier. I wanted to order some set meals and wanted some suggestions but they couldn't assist. I don't think it was on purpose but rather they didn't have a good grasp of English or malay. Otherwise the staff was rather helpful. The pizza was decent and the kids were happy. Won't mind coming back but I hope they improve on their communication skills a little

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for lunch caused stuck in rain. Decided to have their solo lunch set comes with personal pizza, garlic bread sticks and sweet tea. The pizza I got the pepperoni pizza, overall it’s a O K pizza. Not oily. Crust is average to me. Taste wise just above average. The garlic bread stick was crispy but nothing to scout about. Then the sweet tea, just a normal tea with sugar.
