★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal pizza is expensive and costly. Only 4 slices price almost same like regular size. Staffs don't like to provide the manual menu.Need to be ordered by QR code. Also need to provide the P&C information. If customer don't like to order by online, you should need to take the order manually. Restaurant environment is neat and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im very disppointed today i order the pizza i waiting so long for almost 1 hour and they ask me to come back 30mins but i wait there in the shop.and some more the next costumer next to me they give already the order but my one is not yet.and i ask the lady but she got attitude..i dont want to go there anymore very bad service?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The old lady working here denied me a seat with 12 of my other coursemates because I was wearing baju melayu during the month of Ramadhan. It wasn't like I was going to eat, I'm just joining them to talk. Whether people fast or not is none of your business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve heard a lot regarding Rotten behavior among the staff Pizza Hut. Now I believed and totally disappointed with the unprofessional behaviour.
A lady staff, Fatonah, served me this evening with not pleasant attitude and unprofessional behaviour.
And I also heard a lot that Pizza Hut don’t care about the complaining from customers.
I hope Pizza Hut will take necessary action otherwise it will spoil the reputation of your brand.
