★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good additional branch to serve people live in PV2,3,5,6,8. Quick delivery. Better order online to redeem all those coupons, rather than sit there and experience all those hard-to-find-parking-spot.

I was amazed with their delivery guy who refused to accept payment after delivering what I have ordered and accidently forget to bring 1 item, he ride all the way back (under the rain and return to my friend unit at 5 floor (without elevator) and yet seeking sorry for what happened and the best part, he ABSOLUTELY doing it from his heart, smiley face and refused to accept tips from me. I didnt get his name but I wish the manager knows who he is. Bravo dominos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered pizza today 13/5/2021 at 8:57 pm using my debit card. I've been waiting them for almost 2 hours and no pizza come to my house. But it so weird because in domino's app system my order already delivered. I was trying to call there hotline to ask about my order but they didn't answer my call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very efficient and fast. The toppings on the pizza are evenly distributed, thenpizza is always super hot and not stingy with the chili flakes. I've encountered many trouble in the domino's pizza in Taman Melawati. This branch is much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little place to sit around and have some pizzas! Interior is good. Friendly service. And most importantly, HOT & DELICIOUS PIZZAS!
The staffs are nice too. The waiting time isn't that long considering they've got to deal with the online orders as well. So kudos for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service from the staff. I rarely had a bad experience in Domino’s Pizza but with this branch? I just couldn’t accept it. We had ordered on 4/1/22 on 11.49am and the staff who attended us was coming late which we even help him to open the door as we saw his rushed in to start work and he’s the one took our order. He didn’t even say thanks to us, and the worst part he took our order wrong! This is so unethical and for me I can say lack of respect and training from Domino’s itself I would say. How could you are making a simple mistake by taking an order from your customer and taking the order rudely? I have to write this as the proof of how badly the service is. I hope Dominos managements we’re able to trace the person who works on the said time and date and please provide a proper training for the staff.

I ordered via Grab for dinner delivery. The time it took for it is acceptable. Food is fine. Pizza full of tasty toppings. The 2 cakes/dessert that we ordered have just enough sweetness for our tongue to enjoy. And they gave free garlic bread/sticks.
I just hope that the package will have more chili flakes, well, my fault I think, I should've asked for it when I ordered.
