★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had Nasi Padang Beef Rendang with White Coffee via FoodPanda. The White Coffee was horrible, I think it was an Instant 3 in 1 type of coffee. The meal was mediocre in small portion. Will I order again? DEFINITELY NOT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased Nasi Lemak Ayam Berempah together with drinks. Surprisingly the chips were no longer part of the set menu so it was sort of add on. But this time around the sambal portion was too small or little even though it is Nasi Lemak. It won't be a Nasi Lemak if it is without a proper amount of sambal. This time around, it's kind of a let down for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twice ordered at this outlet (my second & third visit at this outlet), when asked for drumstick part, the lady cashier said "no", which for me is really unprofessional, not to mention unfriendly gesture and tone, which made me almost want to cancel the order.
Never experienced this before, even nasi lemak stall can consider, kfc or mcd even said will consider if available. Your place is not as busy like mcd or kfc, should easily consider that. My first visit was really good with friendly manager at that time and he is also the one taking order.
So, for the food, there is little bit sambal come with the nasi lemak. Chicken a bit juicy first time i visited, but the 2nd and 3rd visit, the chicken is a little bit dry but still taste great.
Santan is my family go to place for weekend nasi lemak place because we are living at the KL East, and its only doorsteps to our house, but last weekend will be the last. So, goodluck Santan KL East Mall with that service. This is my first review google, so it speaks a lot how disappointed i am with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service at the cashier. When customer have difficulties to make a payment, I believe you can simply cancel the order and proceed with next customer first. Instead you let the next customer waiting for about 15mins. Never come back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi im khalif a regular customer santan kl east, and just now i want to order indo mee boneless chicken and ur new staff (which i dont recognize the name) she is a girl that looks boyish and said to me the indo mee will be a lil bit slow which i understand there is a queue so i change to nasi lemak boneless. And when i want to pay, i want to get the staff price( which i always get since im a regular) and ur new staff said she dont know the button and when i ask politely "will you ask the other staff which is the button?" She answered me with a long face "semua staff baru" . I dont want to argue its just that im unsatisfied with this kind of excuses. Was your store not allowed the customer which is working in kl east to get the staff price or is it just the cashier just now dont want to give me the staff price? It just doesnt make sense. I buy at 2:30 pm and the cashier is working today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on 2 Feb. Ordered the golden salmon nasi lemak with asam boi calamansi drink. Reasonably tasty food and the salmon is juicy with crispy skin. I wish they had given more sambal. If u miss AirAsia airline nasi lemak this is the place to get ur nasi lemak fix.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front serving girl did not wore her mask. Was very rude and does not know how to manage orders. Self-pick up order joins the order of in-store customers. No apology and scolded customer back. Food wise very pathetic small chicken thigh, sloppy burger, Burger buns are dirtied with foreign crumbs. Hygiene was not even followed.
