โ โ โ โ โ horrible customer service, staff face all like just attended family funeral or something. Inefficient to the point that i won't trust them with building your gaming PC. Most irresponsible bunch of people with rude staff. Boycott this kind of business

โ โ โ โ โ My first time buying a pc, past pc i used was when i was a kid, windows 97 hp! Now with dota tech's package i got myself a nice working pc, fully ready for work and gaming and abit of mining. Even though i ordered through thier shop through shopee, they were very professional, replied promptly and helped me with an extra ssd installation! Pc build was super clean and nice too! All in all they are very nice crew, treat others well, and you will be treated well too! I will come to your shop one day for upgrades for sure! Thankyou dotatech!

โ โ โ โ โ If can give zero stars I would, fortunately for dotatech google doesnโt allow that.
Product came with faulty, sent back to claim warranty exchange.
Promised 3-6 weeks, mind you this is zero updates coming into the sixth week.
Customer service is non-existent. Only able to respond with templated answers.
When you ask questions they canโt answer their go to solution is to ignore you completely.
Their templated answer is oh still going through RMA process. (6 weeks ya RMA process), you ask anything beyond this. They will ignore you.
Praying to god the exchange will go through and I will get my moneyโs worth for what I have spent on my purchased product.
Promised: 3 - 6 weeks
Status: 6 weeks with zero update unless asked, when asked they will reward you with a bot templated answer. It has been 6 weeks with zero progress on exchange status. Customer service will ignore you when they canโt answer legitimate questions from customers. Zero courtesy to have any sense of after sales service for paying customers. Once and if a miracle happens and I am able to get my warranty claim for what I have spent which I am rightfully entitled to. Will never ever ever ever ever ever purchase from this shop again and will tell everyone I know to never purchase from this shop.
If you ever want to experience speaking to a bot. Please contact their customer service.
FYI I am giving them another day to ignore me or give me a bot answer before I complaint to tribunal for consumer claims. Cheers

โ โ โ โ โ Before you buy from them, understand carefully with their t&c. Even you are their customer, they still charge you warranty inspection fees if product attempt to claim found no problem from them. Also weird why the act on manufacturer behalf.

โ โ โ โ โ What a joke I waited for more than 2 months came back unfixable.. Supposed when can't fix get us a new one is that easy but this one once it's broken you can't get it back. WAITED FOR MONTHS FOR WHAT? GIVING ME BACK PAIN? I NEED TO USE MY PC.. I'm not sorry ah because you all didn't compensate the problems that they are having including me. Never going to buy from this shop again..

โ โ โ โ โ When i came there i tought you could walk in and just buy the stuff you want and then chek out. But the staff who has downstair moving th stuff upstairs told me that you need to make an appointment which mean you can just pickup your stuff here and told me to message the shop if didn't message no service would be given. I already messaged them like 5 time and didnt answer and then the staff blame me for not messaging haihh weird service. The summary is this place has a bad service and bad message reply when message always late reply dont know why.

โ โ โ โ โ First of all, I don't quite understand what's with all the negative reviews I see online through forums and here, my overall experience was very pleasant. Had did a thorough research for a few stores and ended up coming here for my purchase.
The purchasing process was very smooth, initially wanted to get a pre-built and upgrade parts from there to have some budget savings, but they recommended me to get a custom pc instead and helped me greatly in suggesting the ideal components for my build (of course I did my own research too).
Yea sure the customer service via chat might not be that prompt for replies and may sometimes show a lack of enthusiasm, but it's a two way communication and don't expect to keep getting good service while the customer themselves aren't pleasant to deal with. Just be patient with them and they'll definitely not let you down.
The build was very clean and well done, received with no issues and it started up without any errors (had some POST issues but that's probably from my side and had solved it since), prices are one of the lowest in the market already and don't complain about the inflated prices, they have to do business too in such times where everything everywhere are selling at much more unreasonable prices.
In short, this is a very good store to go for related purchases with all the basic services and warranties covered: given you are patient and treat them good as well :) would definitely come back here for future upgrades
