โ โ โ โ โ Great Location. The apartments have nice layouts. However, living on the lower floor facing KLCC, the noise disturbance from the bar/club downstairs are unbearable at times. Especially when they have live music 2 to 3 times weekly which is suppose to end at midnight. Apart from their regular live band nights, they also hosts ad hoc events with club music travelling up to my floor as it is not an enclosed venue. Internally the music reverb against my columns and balcony doors. If I need to listen to live music, I can sit in my apartment. Its like I'm in the venue by myself. Added to that, they do constant renovations with works carried out outside the permitted times, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Once I was awoken 4am on Sunday morning with a high impact drilling noise and reverberations that went on for about 15 to 20 minutes. They did stopped after I complained but carried on again at around 10am the same morning. Their renovation works can and has extended to Sundays. Despite my complaining, it falls into deafened ears.
