★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Не уделил должного внимая ребёнку , чувствуется как пациенты на потоке. На ресепшене пытались втюхивать продукты , которые совершенно не нужны. Бизнес, бизнес и только бизнес.
 Not paying due attention to the child, it feels like patients on the stream. At the reception they tried to sniff products that were completely unnecessary. Business, business and only business.

Quickly n simply give a few advices, "performed procedures" n charged over RM800++ and got us to buy unnecessary oils (I was not there when my husband was paying cz I needed to rush for another DR appointment. N my husband didnt know whatever DR give was necessarily.)
One of the most unnecessary oil he gave my husband was stretch marks oil which I don need it cz I don hv stretch marks (he didnt even check on me, I wonder what makes him think I need a stretch mark oil?!)
Money digger. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ananda saved my youngest son's life. I still can remember every scene when my newborn son in NICU for 1 month last year. He was in very very critical stage because of lungs problem. Myself and my husband witnessed the effort he put to find out the best way to save my son! Together with Dr. Chan, they save my son! This is the most important point where Doctor really fulfill their roles to cure patient's sickness! Besides, he is a gentle and soft-talking doctor, we feel comfortable to talk to him. Regarding the charge that few parents mentioned here in Google Reviews, I can say that, you have the option whether to purchase or not those essentials recommended by the nurses but those stuff do help! They never forcing you to buy it. Talking about his clinic nurses or assistant, they are helpful and nice, my son vomited in his clinic, i was thinking to wipe it myself, and the nurses quickly stop me and do it themselves. Still, she brought me to a room to change my baby. Dr. Ananda is definitely a caring, gentle, nice and professional pediatrician and he is the best fit of the BEST Neonatalogist in the town. We can't say THANK YOU enough to show our gratitude.
