β β β β β Please dont goooooo.. such a bad treatment.. Brought my dog here, just put an injection and said she might die any time.. didnt even counsel her condition before giving the injection.. and Charged rm200.. I rushed my dog to cuddles Penang.. admitted there and saved her.. This dr is such a money MINDEd guy ..and he claimed my Another Dog is too fierce and cant treat him.. So unethical

β β β β β The worst service they had given us... i bring my cat to get treatment but he simply give iv just 2x strings.. charged expensive... the expense i can tolerate but they way he took my cat its really harsh. Worst service by the doctor.

β β β β β only 3 bottles of unknown meds given for my 10-month-old puppy who had accidentally ingested almost one whole tube of steroid cream. No IV fluid, no blood test, no emergency medical care was given, until my puppy had developed symptoms (vomiting and lethargy) two days later and we were EXTREMELY CONCERNED. We brought her to ANOTHER VET CLINIC, my puppy was then admitted immediately (with blood test done and IV fluid therapy and proper medication for kidney, stomach, and liver) and was diagnosed as acute kidney injury (her creatinine level was 6 times above normal range). If she was diagnosed properly earlier, the proper treatment could have been carried out earlier to lessen the extent of kidney damage of my poor puppy.

β β β β β The doctor talks a lot. Gives medication without checking. He loves to promote his shampoo which made my dogs skin dry, food which my dog got allergy to n vits. Not recommended.

β β β β β No registration process taken, no temperature checks, no blood tests, and doctor don't even know how to handle my dog, claiming that my dog was too fierce. Was given these 3 unknown medicines and cost me RM120. Very poor experience and my dog don't even recover after taking the prescribed medicine. Not recommended at all.
