โ โ โ โ โ Sent my pup for first vaccination here. The place is very clean! The doctor and nurses are very nice and very patience when handling my pup. My pup is quite active and likes to bite cause heโs changing his teeth now and the doctor is nice enough to talk nicely to my pup and calm it down. They even gave some treats to my pup after he got the vaccination and took the medi there. When asking for additional advise out from the vaccination, the doctor also gives some useful guidance for us. The price is very reasonable. The doctor also give a little gift to my pup when we left. Highly recommended because of the cool experience.

โ โ โ โ โ Please don't consult to this Vet. They did not diagnose our pet's illness properly.. we lost our pet. This is the worst veterinary clinic to go for.

receptionists - rude, no info given to help customers
vets - unprofessional, give a disgust face at injured animals
medicine - give too many types and hence expensive vet bill
payment - cannot do QR code
receipt - very big piece paper, waste resources

โ โ โ โ โ No unnecessary charges or recommendation of medicines. The Dr and her assistant realised that my rabbit was scared so they really took everything slow and steady. The receptionist was also handling me really well as it was my first time here. Thank you for the great service. Will definitely come back.

โ โ โ โ โ Island Veterinary Clinic truly cares about my dog Mordecai, the Vet spent a lot of time checking, discussing and explaining the diagnoses. The price is very reasonable and below expectation.
All are great, Dr Lavi including the staff are very competent and caring.
Mordecai is feeling MUCH better now. Thank you.
