★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for adult acne which on and off bothering for years. Detailed clinical consultation and treatment was given by Dr Jern and further assisted by Ms Gin. Am amazed by the professional treatment given by the well trained staff. Recommend for those who require treatment for any skin issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the JB branch for face acne issue.Got secured the free consultation.The place was easy to search and free parking lot helps a lot.The staffs and the doctor were very friendly.The doctors prescribed antibiotics and anti fungal both capsules and cream(2 types of tablets + 2 types of cream).The price was RM515 in total for this visit .The doctor also recommended to try the yellow laser and baby facial treatment for the active acne .The price offered was Rm380/session (discounted) for the baby facial and Rm398/session (discounted) for the yellow laser treatment.They also offers some treatment packages which we may consider according to our budgets.The medication helps a lot on the acne since taking the tablets for one week.Old acne is fading away and no new acne popping out.Will try to visit again for the facial and yellow laser again later since the medication given for one month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting so many dermatologist (private, gov specialist) to treat my skin conditions (sensitive, redness) and none of the treatment worked, even some worsen the skin. I took a leap of faith to try Dr Chong clinic and so far after ~ 2 months using their skincare (I have tried so many skincare that claimed to be good for skin redness under the sky) & almost a month after facial & yellow laser treatment, I started to see improvement. I also did allergy test which is very comprehensive to detect allergen & finally is clear of the things that trigger my sensitivity. My skin became much smoother & a bit calmer (redness still there but not flaring as usual). I do have a week down time after laser treatment but the clinic was so supportive (both Doctors & nurses) to ensure my skin getting better. What I love the most is their professionalism in guiding patient to walk through my concern. Surely will continue my treatment here.
