β β β β β A best gynae I seen before. Ask us donβt spent money on those irrelevant vitamins and etc. give us very details explanation rather than those gynae who see you less than 5minutes.

β β β β β Best obgyn in KL. He's also the most passionate doctor that I've seen. I've seen a few obgyn before this, they were not nearly as good. Will see him ONLY no matter how difficult it is to get an appointment.

β β β β β Really no doubt on Dr Chuahβs skill, professionalism, knowledge, he is also friendly, funny, passionate, willing to share, Very patient answering your question.
BUT, his indian nurse is on the opposite!
Terrible! No manners! Fierce! Super impatient! Cannot ask any question, if u ask any she will show your black face sound you, really feel like want to slap her!
I remember on my 1st pregnancy, my very 1st visit to Dr Chuah, becoz was our 1st time we have no experience at all, we did ask quite a bit of questions, Dr Chuah also happily chatting with us, but she didnβt like it & started to throw things / open & close the door roughly to make attention! I think she already forgot,
patients = customers , paying money to see Dr Chuah, not for free! & not here to pay & see her black face. ηζ―ε¨εη±³ ??ββοΈ
Now my 2nd pregnancy I still come back to Dr Chuah becoz I trust him I like his professionalism , before I return I was hoping the indian nurse no longer working for Dr Chuah, mana tau...... too bad thatβs not the case.....
Any1 know any good assistant pls introduce to Dr Chuah la, Beh tahan!

β β β β β Dr Chuah is a very nice and down to earth doctor. He even share his hp no with his patient to allow them to Whatsapp or call him if they have any question.
The waiting time to see doctor is quite long but worth waiting for him. But the nurse I agree is a bit fierce at times.

β β β β β Not worth to queue for so long to see this 5 min dr. Very irresponsible when encounter Gynae issue which he unable to solve. He share phone number but tele consult answer is very general, Google will be better than consultation with him. Have been following him for three years and decided to change.
Outside got many many gynae much more better than him

β β β β β Dr Service: 3/5 Consultation was quick, nothing much in detail
Nurse service: 0/5 Worst nurse service ever, they are rude and fierce. They are so random when comes to giving client an appointment slots. I never success to get an appointment slot. On my week 28, I was told by them that can ask for a slot after done the glucose test, but when i ask same answer was given , "duduk and tunggu".
Waiting time is long and appointment is always full. Even though i reach early at 8am to get number 005(walk in) i would need to wait until 5 pm for my turn. Most of the time need to wait until 8-10 hours for walk in.

β β β β β Consultation was quick and doesn't seem to be patient like what the others comments few years ago. Waiting time is at least 4 hours. his scanning on bb is quite detailed with comments but Less concern and focus on the mummy. Dr just brush off my questions with sarcasm. Am also Isn't sure if he will be available for emergency given that he has so much on his plate.
