β β β β β Im your patient yesterday. 1st time dtg clinic ni . Tu pun sbb accident and org yg hantar . Kalau tahu cara layanan teruk mcm ni . Baik aku pergi panel clinic . Serious doctor pun mcm apa jer . Balut pun ala kadar , cincai buat kerja . Terpaksa pergi klinik lain utk cuci luka accident tu . Sbb dorg tak cuci bersih . Cas jer mahal . Boleh pulak doctor marah marah staff dia . Kalau staff dia tak tahu buat kerja . Kau ajar , bukan marah . Bodoh betul!! Aku dlm klinik tu boleh stress!! Serious teruk !
Im your patient yesterday. 1st time dtg clinic ni. That was the accident and the person who sent it. If you know how bad the service is. Well I went to the panel clinic. Serious doctor pun mcm what jer. Wrap it like a rate, slice for work. Had to go to another clinic to wash the wounds of the accident. Sbb dorg not wash clean. Cas jer mahal. Can the doctor be angry with his staff. If the staff doesn't know how to work. You teach, not angry. Really dumb!! I'm in the clinic can be stressful !! Seriously bad!

β β β β β The staffβs service attitude is very bad, and there is an elderly doctor.. I took my tax invoice to them after seeing the illness.. As a result, their attitude was extremely disgusting.. Now I realized that this is a one Star reason! I will never step in again!

β β β β β I finally understand why this clinic deserves only 1 star rating. The staff was not incompetent, but lacked sympathy towards the patients. Its tough to work in a late night shift but youll lose your patients really quickly if you continue being hostile towards your own clients.
No one has ever put the thermometer probe in my ear without a warning or permission but the nurse here did it. I was shocked nonetheless.
This is my first and last visit; won't be back anytime. And for you reading this, avoid this clinic at all costs.
