★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The seller do business not honest,push responsibility to customer and cheating.Went there for exchange an iphone battery on 9/10, they claimed gt 3 months warranty but battery health drops very fast,from 100% to 97% within 2 months. Went there to ask but then they insist this battery health is normal and claimed that I am heavy use,refuse to exchange the battery for me.but from the data the showed, I have been charging 67 times which is only 1-2 times per day and my screen time usually is aroung 6-7 hours. The warranty of battery written cover all except crack and water damage but they not willing to exchange for me. Will go to make a complaint to consumer tribunal. Worse experience ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just visited on Monday to gave my mobile for charging point issue.They made it within few minutes and done a wonderful service with good friendly manner . Situated on third floor little inner . Valuable services for money worth .They doing Android and iPhone too. before services they clearly explained to us, that was a nice gesture from them. Must recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good in solving phone's issue skills, but very bad in services attitude, Very Arrogant. Treated customer like who's cares. My phone had a very obvious new deep scratch after repaired. But they said its not from them. Its fine, I know its no warranty for repairing, just wanna let u all know, services is very important, I'm not a very calculative and fussy customer, I willing to spend, but be responsibility and how u serve customer I will bare in mind, as a same service field of jobstreet, I understand how difficult to serve or solve customer problems. Seriously, if you continuously treated customers with your own emotional problems. It's won't be growth further.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't come to this store. They scammed me for Rm700 that day. Their technician found out the problem that my camera was faulty. I took it to other shops and they found out the problem was my camera and power integrated circuit and only charged rm150. So please don't come to this scammer stall again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't bother getting your screen protector done here. For $70 you're paying for shoddy product.
Was told after application that all the marks will stay for a day before smoothing out. Came back two days later to see what can be done and was told that the marks all over the screen protector was my fault after keeping it in my pocket. So either your paying $70 for a shoddy product that can't last 2 days in a pocket, or you're paying for an amateurish application.

I am happy with the customer service to contact me and give me clear information before they start repairing my HP. i will definitely come back again to get my HP stuff.
