Had 3 iPhones done here. iPhone 7 Plus (2) and iPhone 6s (1). When I was getting the 3 phones done, they didn’t mention about the extra charges for getting the coat changed on weekends, so I came back a few times on weekdays trying to get the same person, the boss I assume, but he was never around. The reason is because I’ve had an experience with his staff who changed my clear coat on weekday, he was very unprofessional, he was very rough with my phone and rude, unlike the first time when I had the phones done. When I pointed the flaws to him, he asked me IF I CAN SPEAK? LOL. I feel like I’ve been cheated as the service first provided by the boss is totally different as compared to later on when I want to get my clear coat change for free as promised. He’s never around and his staff is always watching vid on his phone. He didn’t seem happy when I want to get my clear coat changed. It is definitely not as durable nor superb as they claimed, dust keeps getting in and the sides keep peeling off. But the fact that I’ve paid RM400+ for 3 phones coated, I should at least get better service than this. (December 2018) They recently moved to another location in the plaza (they were closed for a few weeks at least) so I thought they had closed down so I peeled off 1 of my phone’s coat as I couldn’t stand the dirt sticking there anymore. When I went to their new place today (weekend) to get the replacement, they wouldn’t get it done for me as per their T&C they say. But then again I wasn’t briefed about all these T&Cs beforehand. And no I don’t recall any T&C on paper. They keep claiming they provide free replacement just to sell. For my 2 other I phones, they say i will have to wait for their staffs to come in at 1pm to change the coat. Doesn’t make sense. They are there. It’s a weekend, Sunday, and I’m paying the extra rm20, so why can’t they do it? Conclusion, I wouldn’t recommend this place nor their service, even at half the price. _______________ In reply to their questions. All the questions they asked, I have already answered previously. WHY ARE THEY ACCUSING THEIR CUSTOMERS FOR MAKING FAULTY CLAIM. As customers, we have the RIGHTS TO FEEDBACK. I have 3 phones done there and NO TIME AT ALL FOR FAULTY CLAIM. This clearly shows how unprofessional they are when it comes to dealing with customer’s feedbacks. Of course I have thrown away the film because I have mentioned it’s filled with dirt. As you know, NOBODY KEEPS TRASH with them. I did not insist on getting a replacement. What I’m saying is, as a customer, I wasn’t briefed with the T&Cs. This point is for you to IMPROVE, not to be use back against your customer as faulty claim. For the other 2 phones, I have witnesses with me, there were 2 staffs there. Such a waste of time arguing. I don’t even bother about the money I’ve wasted nor anymore free weekday services. I just want to clarify a few things so that people know my experience as a customer with your brand and company. It’s just horrifying to receive such replies as a customer. You should be ashamed.

What a good service at this shop ??? Very friendly and polite staff, if you want to avoid any scratches on you phone please visit this shop before buying any protector flim. I did my phone protector front and back. And this is a life time warranty on the protector one to one exchange (Protector flim). Very satisfied with the product and service.

Excellent service here. Did mine last year and since then replaced the film twice, all were good. Both the boss and staff replaced the film without question after I explain the issue (peel off at the side). During my first time there, the boss repeatedly remind that should I come to get replacement on weekends, there will be extra labor charges, as they need to focus on new sales to generate income too. Otherwise free replacement wouldn't be possible. And keep the old film, because they need to send those back to their HQ to claim the replacement. For those claiming that the extra weekend labor charges were not mentioned, it's in the receipt. And during my replacement, I always hear the boss or staff explains and stress to the new customer regarding weekend extra charges. Those that lost the receipt or forgot the gentle reminder, good luck. Guess you need to fork out some money, so you can remembet better.

Very polite shop owner and staff. I am very happy with their excellent service. I'm their returning customer. From Samsung Note 8, Google Pixel 3XL, Samsung Galaxy Gear Sport and Galaxy Watch. They even replace my Sam. Note 8 screen protector without any charges (weekday) as they found out mine is dirty. Good job done.

For the price, the quality is surprisingly poor. Bought the custom matte screen protector, within 2 days started peeling. Brought it back and they replaced it. But the replacement screen protector slowly started to peel again within a week. Luckily the peeling stayed around the edges with occasional air bubble that I am still able to gently wipe it to the edge. Do think twice of you wish you purchase from them. edit: Thanks for the response. Please do feedback to your HQ. I never put anything in the pocket I keep my phone. This is why I say the quality is poor. Also if I may say comparing a demo phone which is basically the shell of a phone with phones that sit on the counter all day and kept in a cupboard/drawer all night vs phones that are actually being used by users is like comparing apples and oranges. Also to clarify they provide excellent service just the quality of the product is unsatisfactory.
