1.No information for what they are going to do
2.No information for what you are waiting for
3.The facilities and equipment not impressive at all
4.The staff and doctor not very friendly and most eager to sell you stuff you don’t need
5.No information for what is happening next, or when you get response on the tests
Not well-organized and definitely not worth the money you pay.

Dr Tan is experienced and fast. I usually don’t have to wait for very long time.
Also the price is reasonable.
