β β β β β Consider hiring an intern that is able to speak politely without an attitude, not like the one at the reception today. Can't answer questions okay, no problem. Ask for doctor cannot politely say he's busy.

β β β β β Dr Alan Teh is the rudest doctor i ever seen before. I come here is for your professional consultation but not for you to insult me. No showing care and patience to the patient and i wondering how come he still dare to charge high consultation fee. Anyway, this is the first time and also the last time to this clinic and 1 start is definitely overrated because i couldnt rate 0 star

β β β β β Was forced to see the doctor before taking a PCR test. The next day the PCR test results wasnβt even sent to me directly via sms/email as per other clinics. Called them and they said will have to let the dr review the report first before sending out and they wouldnβt share the results on the phone call. Idk what kind of ridiculous system theyβre following since none of the other clinics Iβve been to practices this. What happened to patientβs right to know about their health condition?????? Will never come back to this clinic. Charges RM210 for PCR test where as the clinic in KD only charges RM190 and has better service and overall process.
