Dr Vanessa and her staff provided key professional services in cooperation with Dr Michelle and the rest of the team. Dr Vanessa handled the eye assessment and treatment part and I felt very comfortable in her capable hands.

(My Case was quite challenging)
I visited Dr Vanessa Naseem Neoh for my eyelid problem, after consulting with many other ophthalmologist who were only able to provide temporary solutions. I had my eyelid surgery at Island hospital pulau Pinang. I am very pleased with the outcome. So worth to see her. I highly recommend Dr Vanessa to anyone. She is very experience ophthalmologist in handling eye problem and eye surgery. Im very satisfied the eye surgery did by Dr Vanessa. Great Job appreciate much it it look exactly the same as my youthful eyes and attractive eyes. She took the extra effort in explaining the entire eyelid surgery process to make me more comfortable with it. She charge very reasonable price. All nurses and staff are very kind and helpful keep up the good work. May god bless you always Dr Vanessa. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Graceful and very professional ophthalmologist. Here's my story. I had a recurring stye/chalazion for about months. I thought it was just going to drain and be normal after consulting a general physician in a clinic. So I got an antibiotic, the eye ointment and also the eye drop. For the first stye that occurred, after a few days it did shows some progress and the stye looked like it was going away for good. But then suddenly, after a few weeks, it came back bigger. And I continued using the same medications that I got, however, it wont go away. I decided to see Dr Vanessa and asked for her consultation. My first impression, she was really gentle and soft-spoken. Mind you, she was really kind and being overthinker myself, I was scared to death that I need to go through a minor surgery to drain whatever infection inside the chalazion. Well, thanks to my 'anxiety' and extra Googling. Pft. Luckily, after applying the medications that Dr Vanessa prescribed, my chalazion is nowhere to be found now. Phew. Thanks Dr. You are a true definition of people who work with passion.

Not only is Dr Vanessa very skillful and knowledgeable, she is very beautiful externally. But what is more important is the fact that, this is reflected in her very natural endearing, patient and compasionate personality - very befitting of an excellent doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Island Hospital is our main choice & in our search we discovered Dr. Vanessa. I had experienced flashes of light in the corner of my left eye followed by floaters in my field of vision. I immediately booked an appointment. I am amazed by the pleasant & competent office staff who are not only efficient but also very friendly. This is my first type of eye exam for this issue & I am completely impressed by the level of professionalism displayed. Dr. Vanessa listened to my concerns & then proceeded to perform an extensive eye exam. She explained in great detail that what I was experiencing is quite common & indeed part of the aging process. I returned for a follow-up examination a month later. We went through the same type of exam & I was assured everything is quite normal. I should have another checkup in 6 months time. I feel very confident recommending Dr. Vanessa. I know she will always be my first choice.
