★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The short stuff wearing black tudung and white shoes was really rude and not professional at all, how can she is working as a piercer when she told me that she never had a piercing.. like girl you are not experienced at all, and she doesn’t even comfort me like other piercer always do, when i asked her does it hurts when u getting a piercing, she literally said ‘ofcourse it hurts the needle poked you”.. um okay thats not the answer I wanted to hear..and she had the audacity to say i talk too much, hello i am your customer and i am paying??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week i finally found a shop that does nose piercings using needles ... thanks to staff,(forgot to ask she name,*veiled malay kakak,) for calming me down because of this fear because of my first experience,kind person...bit paind but beutyful&i like it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ooh severely disliked the navel piercing I did there (it was off centre and also a surface piercing not even sitting in the belly button) and scarred me pretty badly too, the acrylic jewelry also chipped one month in and my body was rejecting it so had to remove the entire shebang. On the other hand I love the cartilage ear piercing done there (tho even this was actually off centre but it worked fine with the jewelry I had).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New shop. Bought a ring there but did not hv a good experience. Short female staff with red tshirt & black tudung is so rude.(Sun 1/2 - 1st day CNY at 1.45pm)... Very unfriendly, unhelpful n doesn't know how to smile. Even though u wear a mask ppl can tell if ur smiling by looking at ur eyes, voice n tone. Whatever it is...you r just very rude. Pls learn some manners n customer service if u want to work in the service line.
