Update: S&J has shown very good customer service with this case and have reached out to me after seeing this post. I was pleasantly surprised with that and also their gesture of replacing my water bottle. Thanks for putting customer first even in these difficult times and I believe with this kind of positive business practices, you can build lasting customer relationships.
