1. They push package that you dont want and force you.
2. They leave the door open during facial so others can see you when they pass by.
3. They chat so loudly like coffee shop u cannot relax.
4. Before u get dressed they take ur photo.
Its as if they are doing experiment on ur face, with some red lights etc. Scary. Pls be aware of this crazy place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Dr Nano Labcel at Sunway Velocity for more than 6 months now. The skin specialist Jeniffer give me very good advice and knowledge on how to treat my skin problems. I’ve an acne prone skin but my skin has improved a lot now. I highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the worst facial place ive ever been always messed up my appoinment date. Promise at 12 get served at 1. N the next appointment also like that as a result they dont do propoer job on facial their product doesnt suit my skin. I still have another 1 session dont want to do here but they keep making me coming back for an appointment its been too long

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting hours too long . We came around 10:40 , wait until almost 12pm to start out treatment cause they said they’re short on staff .
My beautician leave me with my mask on for over half an hour until it has been washed off because she needs to serve another customer so I just kept waiting . Told me the slimming treatment was around 14 minutes but mine just got done for less than 10 mins , and felt like it was not done properly. Will not revisit again. Worse place ever that doesn’t even worth the first trial price
