My hair looks like i can do it myself at home. I can even saw most of the customer face there was very unsastified..spend my money and get the worst services. Please dont come near this place...

I specifically showed a few picture examples of what I wanted from their OWN Instagram page and the hairstylist so confidently say she would be able to deliver but it was nothing like it. Instead of getting a balayage, it was more like a normal hair colouring service with not much effort put into it. Now I have to pay more to have it fix. Utterly disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have pre-booked a few weeks in advance, went and told me it was full house and even tried to kick me out. It was not until I complained and started to get angry, then they told me to come back in an hour and they would give a discount, but the discount is only RM15, what a stingy. (I arrived on time but they delayed another half hour to serve me, it’s really good time management)
Several times I showed the hairstylist pictures of the hairstyle I wanted, and of course the end result was abysmal and totally different. It's even the ugliest highlight hairstyle I've ever seen, like it was fashion trend of 10 years ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give less than one star I definitely would. The service was extremely bad !!!! Please please don't ever go to this saloon. I asked for a reddish brown colour and they ended up giving me plain brown colour whereas my friend wanted ash brown and she got an ash grey type of colour. Seriously so dissatisfied and disappointed. Their Instagram is a total scam. Never coming here. They also force you to their products and do treatment for an extremely high amount. Totally not worth it. Worst experience ever.
