★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for scalp detox treatment after bought it from fave.I am seeing a doctor soon to treat my problem in a different place so I just wanted to do detox but the person in charge started to tell I have dermodex and parasites and pestered me to pay rm2-3k. I wanted to a proper scalp biopsy to identify my issue and refused to sign up but I went in at 1150am and she did not want to let me to go until 1pm++ and kept pestering until I said ok to pay for first session rm500(to kill mites and etc treatment) although I have informed her that I would prefer to see a dermatologist. She told me doctors can never help me and etc and mentally tortured me til I paid rm500. I felt super uneasy. I will never sign up with them cause they will do this each time to you and ask you to top up.Today Doctor requested me to do a scalp biopsy in a lab and from there will suggest proper medicine and cream. This lady talks like she is a God and taking advantage of your problem.I regret for paying rm500 and she told me she will give me some medicine to kill the mites but the bottle had only like 1/7 left inside. Cunning I would say. Pls see a doctor and don't go to this type of outlet. They will do this to anyone and scare them. I went in at 1150am and left at 305pm(was starving) after telling her that I need to see a doctor at 330pm. For rm500 ...they did not even serve me a cup of tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to redeem my fave coupon in the 6 Nov at 6.30session.
1. They didn give me what was promised in the Fave Coupon. My coupon includes scalp mask and hair care kit.
2. Started hard selling once they scanned my scalp. I managed to reject the first round and they proceed with Washing my hair. the lady proceed with squeezing some skin or some stuff from my scalp. Then I can't recall if she pour any serum onto my scalp and start steam. Normal people would know they are supposed to massage your scalp when then pour serum right, well, I guess they didn do so and proceed with steam.
3. The lady left me alone and proceed with analysing the stuff she managed to squeezed from my scalp and tell me it's demodex. And telling me it's getting serious cz of the eggs. Bla bla bla
4. She told me I was entitled for a testimonial and can get 40%. They were using scare tactics saying that this is vy serious and will cause me loosing hair in long term and they offer me 20 treatments for RM2K.
5. They didn give me much chance to consider as they are closing soon and ask me to try out. And I gave in to it without asking in detail what are the 20 treatments. They only mentioned about 10 times treatment of demodex and another 10 is scalp treatment. Without further details.
6. When I paid and had some me time and cooling down myself, I started realising I gave it in to them as they are LOUD. And I asked about my treatment through text,the lady only say tat I have used two treatments. But the whole treatment was what they describe is only for Demodex.
7. I am going to meet them coming Saturday. Pray hard for me that I won't kena conned again.
