β β β β β After few friends' recommendation, went for the teeth check-up for a trial. The dentist simply did a filing at my front teeth within 5-10 min. After one week, the filing has dropped. Dr fixed it at the 2nd visit without charge.

β β β β β I was concerned I may have some cavities that needed filling, but Dr Lau checked thoroughly and advised otherwise. She gave them a clean and great advice. Great and friendly customer service. Will visit when Iβm back in KL.

β β β β β Iβve been coming for my regular 6 months check up. Dr Lau is no longer working here so I have been following up with Dr Low. Dr low is really friendly and gentle. I have a back tooth filling that comes off easily and have to get it replaced once every few months. She redid the filling that was done by the previous dentist for free. I am surprised that it still lasted after 2 years.
Only complaint is that every time I have to ring the door bell multiple times before someone answers the door. After treatment, I have to wait again a long time before I am attended to. During my last visit, dr came out to settle my payment when the nurse was attending to another patient. I think they are short staffed as i always see only one nurse working at the clinic who walks off to take calls and open the door during my treatment.

β β β β β Dr. Low is gentle and soft spoken. I was very afraid of going to the dentist but after meeting Dr. Low, my fear has gone. Dr. Low took time to explain my teeth's condition and reminds me to let her know if I feel any pain during my treatment.
The clinic assistant is very helpful too. Making appointment is a bliss. On my appointment day, I didn't have to wait too long for my turn for the clinic assistant will not simply book a few patients into 1 time slot.
If you are looking for a female doctor who is patience and gentle, clinic assistant who is helpful, then this is the place you should come to.
