★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to many saloons before and i tend to jump between saloons whenever their services don't meet my requirements and expectations.
This is by far the most attentive and consistent saloon i've been to. The SIFU is very skilled and experienced, rest assure your hair will be in good hands. Becareful though, this SIFU is a perfectionist, he won't stop until your hair looks great. A true professional indeed.
Price is not as steep as KL saloons, in fact so much more affordable. I would (literally) travel from KL to Penang just for his service.
Staff is also very friendly, professional and attentive to your needs. Need to note that the lady staff is exceptionally good at scalp, neck and shoulder massages, very strong grip and your head feels so much lighter after that.
