★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will not recommend this place at all.. Both my mum and my hair were completely runied by them who told me they are expert. Despite telling them my past history of what chemical treatment I had done to my hair, they still recommended me to do rebonding and did not ensure that the amount of chemical use cannot be too strong.. As a result, our hair was so brittle now as it's breaking off very easily. It looked so fizzy and ugly. I reached out to the boss Andy to express my unhappiness and he completely ignored. Not even responding or apologised. I'm utterly disappointed! I spent 1440 rinngit there and this is the kind of service I got. Go at your own risk

This was the worst haircut experience in Malaysia. The price of the cut is the same as other haircuts nearby, so the price is ok, but the service is not worth the price.
They almost shaved me with an electric shaver and didn't cut the top of my hair unless I asked them to.
It took about 15 minutes, and of course, they can't cut my hair more detail in that short time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my regular place now for cut/trim & wash. I've maintained the same hairstyle for over a decade and love it. I used to have my regular hairstylist back in KL but since I moved here it was a bit difficult - other saloons tend to cut my hair to an average trending style despite me showing my own photo of the hair I wanted. There's a stylist here (forgot his name but a short bubbly guy) did a great job communicating and eventually I managed to get the style I want. So, I'm just returning here every time for a trim. Plus, the price is quit competitive and location is convenient.
