★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my 3rd time purchasing & performing scheduled oil change for my car. The service provided is excellent by the staff. I feel comfortable watching from the customers waiting area on how quick they do the oil change. Definitely will go there again.

Waste of time.

They are fast. N the place is clean. Waiting area for the customers is great too. Priced slight above average since they only carry big branded lubricants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in with RFID problem. They fixed/replaced it very fast, and the service was very professional and nice. Definitely knew what they were doing and because still within warranty time, they replace for free. In and out within 15 minutes.

I once came here to ask to change the ATF Oil for my Honda City. They quoted RM269, in which I immediately declined as this was just overprice.
I went to the other workshop, requested same service, and they charged me RM132 only.

Car service was fast & efficient.
Charges are straightforward.
I requested for one tyre to be changed with spare and they did it without charging extra.
Received free 100plus.
Bad:
Usually, a staff would let me know about the inspection service. This time, i was not told about it & i forgot to ask until i returned home. I would be happy to pay the extra charge for it if i was reminded. This is something done once or twice a year so it is nice to be reminded to do the the inspection. The report card is a good feature. Remind people that you have it.
A constant thing that happens after i send my car for service here (and it should be noted that this also happens at other workshops) is that the bottom cover of my car will always come loose after a few days. Hard to say if clips are installed at the proper places since i only notice after the cover has fallen off. But i took pains to install proper clips the last time the cover fell off and it stayed put until i sent it here for service. So i expect the cover to be installed back into the car properly. Please ensure the clips are not loose when putting it back and if they cannot be replaced immediately, please notify the customer. If it is dragged on the road unnoticed and gets damaged, that's rm60 down the drain + whatever labour charged for installing a new one.
Conclusion: fine service but can do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to repair my tyre probably hv nail ,l. The technician He spray the tyre and try to find the nail without remove the tyre since no bubble the technician act sarcastic say all ok . I insist said sure hv hole because I hv twice filled up the air in 1 week. Ask to dismantle the tyre and check . With sarcastic face remove the tyre and spray the soap water again and claim all ok . Ask to dip in water he said don’t hv . So no choice ask to put back since and no confident with his work . When about to re install the tire he hv tighten the nut with machine many time until ask to stop said enough . Went to another workshop try to open the tyre cannot . nut already too tight and end up brake and open it . End up paying few hundred to replace to nut . Pls educate your staff properly .
