โ โ โ โ โ They are a complete waste of time. Their service advisor Steven is a conman beware of him. I changed my transmission oil with them and post that having issues with it. I have told my friends not to avail their services. They are really a waste of time.

โ โ โ โ โ First time customer at German Motors and I am impressed with their service, reception and expertise. Sent in my uncle's 20 year old Porsche 986 Boxster S for a Speedometer and Aircond Switch issue after battery replacement outside. They've managed to find the fault and rectify the issue in due time. Great service by the team and to Deric for keeping me informed on the car's progress. Pricing wise I can't complain cause its reasonable given the cars they work on and its worth every penny spent. Definitely recommending my relatives to send their continental cars here.

German Motors PJ, absolutely satisfied with Vinesh front line manager , Shaun team leader on handling my issue.
Had noise coming from my rear car, they manage to troubleshoot the problem, solve it , and returned my car nice and clean
Vinesh keeps me posted on the progress on a daily basis and updates me on the whatโs happening
I would say German motors have a strong Management team, very good SOP, the bosses would greet u when they see u and even ask if there is coffee for u
I would come back again, and again, would send all my cars to this place.
I donโt easily give positive reviews as I am known to be fussy ?

โ โ โ โ โ Sent a 2016 Mercedes E250 W212 for servicing.
It was cheaper than what I was charged at Cycle & Carriage, but I would still say you are paying a premium over here.
The service however was much better in my opinion. The person I spoke to (Avinder) was very thorough and honest when it came to assessing the condition of the car.
If you want your German ride to be well taken care of, this is the place to go.
