★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is a DISASTER!!!, went in and seated for 10 minutes not a single staff come to serve me, the table still unclean, i only saw 2 staff keep walking around, apparently this branch is lack of staff, maybe the boss is trying to cut cost.
The food is freaking COLD, i think they done my meal but leave it at the kitchen because no one come to pick it up.
While waiting, one of the staff dropped a set of meal on the floor, they have to prepare again which mean the customer have to wait again.
AVOID THIS DUBUYO IOI PUTRAJAYA IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. Got 1 male staff there was quite rude. Please train your staffs on customer service. Food served very very slow. Almost 1 hour waiting. Will not come there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visited in IOI City Mall and select Dubuyo restaurant with my friend.
I tried 1 time in Velocity, overall is good for foods.
But, in IOI City branch here, can consider that no good service. Staffs too tired how, I got no idea.
Seem not welcome the customers.
Then until my meal is here. Half way eating, i saw a surprised for me! That is dead cockroach in my dish!
I immediately stop eating. I can imagine that how dirty the kitchen.
Sorry to post it here. There is public awareness needed for the improvement of the restaurant.
I understood that do not have 100% cleanliness kitchen. But, the food that you serve to your customers should be cleaned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few drinks in the menu not available. I hate it when I already decided on what to order only to be told "not available". Why put in in the menu then?
Wait time for drink: long.
Wait time for food: reasonable.
Food supposed to be served hot but we get some cold & some warm food instead.
Staff: ok, but without smile.
Other issues: have to ask the staff to wipe clean a water puddle on our table & I noticed a few table has not been cleaned.
Final verdict: I regret not reading the reviews in this forum first before patronizing this place. Complaints have been pouring for some time but no action taken by the management. I wont be coming to this particular restaurant & even this restaurant chain any time soon. Expansive but below par.

They were tired, no doubt but NO rudeness or so. I dont favour korean dishes but will come again for the saffron drinks
