β β β β β Scratched my watch while changing the battery. Denied it when i pointed out his mistake saying it was already there before he tried opening it. It was very clear it was his mistake, i was there looking at the whole process the whole time. Wouldnβt recommend at all

β β β β β Very bad service especially when you are not there for buying watch but when ur watch warranty is over and was reaching out for the need to repair for the watch, and the sale person is even rude, not willing to explain or guide you through the repair process properly. Direct walk in to Swatch Group or other service centre HQ, but not this shop.

β β β β β Waited 40 mins to changed my watch battery, no receipt given, it stopped running after few weeks n i have to change again. The chinese guy seems to be more attentive to customers who are buying watch only
