Now I bought 2 more set supersonic dryer from her . I at oversea ans she help me to arrange and wrap it nicely for present included free delivery too ??. So nice of her and provide good service . She even can reply you message after working hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amaze that a vacum cleaner would have a service centre. How far technology has come. Really comfortable area with S.O.Ps in place. Godd customer service. Using numbering system. It take 30 minutes to repair my vacum which still under waranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bring my tower fan to change the cable only , due to the cable was biting by my dog , so no problem with my fan , but dyson so big company jst change one cable need take few mths !!! Good job !!! How dare to buy dyson product again ?? Beside the front counter male staff speaking and talking make me felt uncomfortable , he like no passion due with customer !!!!! Dyson pls improve this !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was assisted by Husna at the service centre. She was great. Polite, friendly and efficient. The whole service centre vibe is nice, clean and fitting for the Dyson brand. My vacuum was under warranty. The faulty vacuum head motor issue was solved under an hour. Also bought new filters. FYI the hepa filters for Dyson V8 Fluffy was RM232 for both.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to have our Dyson Vacuum serviced at TTDI and I can say I was truly impressed! The entire process was fast and finished in less than an hour. The entire service staff was knowledgeable, accommodating and very thorough. They explained to us the problem and took the time to advise on how to better maintain the product. The manager, Ritchie, was very pleasant and professional. Kudos to him and the entire TTDI Service Centre ! Dyson really is worth it. From the product up to after sales!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thumbs up for dyson service centre ?? their service really good, got free parking and a friendly staff assist at the outdoor, counter 5 staff also fast process and solved problems The sales person will chat with us and sharing tips to take care dyson vacumn and hair dryer while we were waiting for the queue. Very good tips and informative ?? which is Harvey Norman staff didn't teach us. Very worth to buy dyson.
