β β β β β Worst store customer support experienced. I have never gave rating to anyone until now. But these guys need to learn more on customer support. I have bought 2 air cons and 1 washing machin and Dryer. Delivery guy called me shouting... i am in front of your home and said your parcel some problem.. seems like broken and take it. I tried calling store number seen on receipts and also found on google multi times. No one answered. What i suppose to do now. Never buy from these guys. Harvey Norman and other stores are better.

β β β β β My first experience in this shop.
I was interested to the samsung soundbar and asking to have a test on that soundbar. First staff he seem like a helper not sale person then I fully understand and give a pass to him. Then I look for second staff , a girl , she is not understand how to connect the soundbar at all. Fine. Look for 3rd staff. Finally got a one to know how to use and connect the soundbar. He look like a indian and attitude was rude and action , seem want to challenge with client about the knowledge of the products. Of course I just want to share and learn from you but can you show your professional?! I'm totally shock for that kind of staff and almost destroy good mood of a day! No more for best!

β β β β β why would you put a phone number on google AND the invoice but you donβt bother to pick up any phone calls. called the head office too. They just said theyβd βcheck and come backβ and immediately put down the phone. customer service is bad and not to mention my fridge that iβve ordered almost three weeks ago had no updates until now and iβm still waiting for it !!

β β β β β I totally agree with the other customers that their customer service is not at par. Their staff should be clearer than customer on whether they are register with Save3.0, the policy and which product is applicable. When we make purchase, they did not take the initiative to ask if we are eligible for save3.0, and did not inform us that the item is under Save 3.0. Instead, the staff took initiative to ask if we would like to pay extra to extend warranty :) (i search from seda website and got to know they are registered after that) It's not a crowded day anyway, its a Monday! I remember how great experiences i had when i make a few purchase during home fair where the sales person will give me vouchers for extra discounts, ask if i have AMEX card for cashback etc even though it is busy and crowded (think/ suggest a few ways where customer can save more! ).
