★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time i go to this samsung "experiance" centre, i have really bad "experiance". This has to be the worst samsung showroom ever. Their staff is rude, unprofessional. Went there to collect my watch 4 classic, showing them my email showing it is ready for collection is not enough, i need to log in to samsung store to show them. And they don't ask nicely from you but rather demand. Also they block you from entering the store for don't know what reason.
When they pass the package to you, it is still in dhl bag. Just pass the bag. That's all. No thank you, or courtesy bag. I wanted to open and check the watch, they just said if there is anything wrong I'll need to send it to samsung service centre. Then they walk away.
You need to do something about your SAMSUNG "EXPERIANCE CENTRE". the experiance is very very horrible.
