★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a classic mani pedi done by Chu Ting. I spent 2.5 hours there and the actual time spent on the service was about 45mins. She kept running off to serve other customers during the service. She did such a rough, painful and incomplete job. Even nail cutting was lopsided and uneven. She was rushing while applying the nail polish. There were small bubbles on every nail and the polish was wrinkling because it was still wet underneath, it was messy with the individual layers of polish seen because the top layers only covered 3/4 of the nail. When I asked her if she could fix it, she said she will redo just one nail because she has other customers. Honestly, the worst experience I've ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did classic gel manicure and pedicure here. The pedicure was nice, however ithink i was assigned a junior manicurist as the gel applied was too thick and it turned out bumpy. was not happy with the results of the manicure. and it costed RM120

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was unprofessional and I highly *do not* recommend unless u want a long and painful manicure... it was expensive too! I was informed that it would be rm80-90 but they charged me rm100+ after doing the manicure!! I'm never going back I walked out with the edges of my nails hurting and they didn't even look good, the colour was patchy and not well blended too. Definitely do not recommend and will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs keep me on wait for way too long on and they took too long on doing services. I only asked for normal pedi and mani but they made me wait for almost half an hour to start doing my pedicure and then left me to wait for almost another half an hour for them to do manicure. I understood that they did not have enough staff at that time but they shouldn’t have accepted way more customers with only 3 staffs available at that time.
