★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is pretty and cosy. But unfortunately they butchered my cuticles. I did it yesterday, and today, my cuticle has started to cracked and bleed.
I requested for buffing, but I'm pretty sure they don't know what buffing is. But i'm not being charged for it, so im ok. In KL, you will usually need to pay RM10 and it is definitely worth it.
For heels treatment, i woud like to give suggestion to the store. Please ask your customer to feel their feet sole after treatment to see if they are satisfied with the level of treatment.
Overall, not a satisfied customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed in my pedicure. Was close to being furious actually.
Gelish manicurist was well trained n experience however the pedicurist was definitely new.
1.She didnt shape my nails well at all, didnt even trim the side of the nails nor shape it.
2.took more than 1.5hrs to complete a gel pedicure. 3.Uneven colour. Needed to buff the colour n paint the nail again.. omg..
4. colour done wrongly.. colour took more than 45 mins because of her mistakes. N she painted wrong colour wrongly! I dont have 3 hrs just to do one mediocre pedicure hello..alr more than 1.5hrs gone i got to go off for dinner already!
Ive been to many nail salon and am not fussy at all but this is definitely one of my worse experience. So upsetting!
If she's new den why charge full price for a trainee's work? Tt's unfair to customers. I have her name but i shall not state it here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 stars because they said I don’t have to pay because I was so disappointed. I cried looking in the mirror at how they waxed off the natural shape of my eyebrows. Ruined my eyebrows completely I really hope it grows back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taking a break from baking and pamper myself at Say Nails Southkey in JB. The salon is clean, nice and cosy. I like classic-elegant look and love this set of gel manicure she did for me. The hydro spa for both hands and feet were awesome! Should have taken a photo showing the difference BEFORE and AFTER, simply amazing! Will definitely be back again ??

Results not Satisfied.
After one week Peel-off at the nail corner area.
During my treatment had saw their ex-clients visit for complaining but look like they just ignored.
Feel Bad and won’t come again.
