★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very sombong & unfriendly staffs. They thought they are the best, not able to accommodate request at all. If the centre is so, I wonder how is their student personality outcome. Very upset.
Few hours after this post, the respective management personnels called me up for investigation and queries. Oh well, the management level managed my unsatisfaction well. +5 stars this.

Im happy she goes to eBridge Preschool Penang. Special thanks to teachers and care takers. Good Job every one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lively, interactive and creative syllabus. My child had learnt through purposeful play, exploration and experiments while not neglecting basic skill education. Teachers are sincere and caring. We get frequent updates about their daily activities too, feel more involved knowing what my child is experiencing through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their infant care class is top notch - facilities, teachers, programs. Class is spacious and equipped with tools and materials that enhances our child's growth. Teacher-to-student ratio is standard per government guideline based on child's age and this is very important to us. We get updates on child's learning though LittleLives app that is private to every parent. I can't think of any other infant care center in Bayan Lepas that is as good as this. Kindergarten class teacher goes the extra mile to help with my son's learning, e.g. provide material for home learning and 1 to 1 assistance in classroom. I want to highlight that I think the school managed the COVID situation superbly last year by scheduling daily online sessions, even for infants. On top of that, they also packed study materials for each lesson. We know there were lots of coordination to be done but they did it. Great team work and effort by all the staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great all rounded school! My son has been enjoying his time here. Teachers are attentive and know how to handle each kid base on their personality. The founder and principals takes my feedback seriously and will periodically have meetings with us to update on the development of my son. With the current pandemic, the school did have good sop's and would regularly communicate with parents in case there are any outbreak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E-Bridge preschool is a great learning place for children. Every teachers include principle are very kind and patient to kids. They guide / coach kid different ways depending on characters; they also try various method to workout together with parents for satisfied result, it's not one size fit all type that make things so great. I can see my son's tremendous improvement this 2 years.
